Cleopatra Milk & Mineral Warming Bath

This is a recipe I've been using for over 15 years and it never fails to make my skin ultra silky, combating the winter dryness better than any lotion I've tried.  Because of the volatile nature of oils + milk, it's best if it's used up within 2-3 months of making. SO lavish yourself frequently...

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Epsom or Sea Salt

1 Cup Baking Soda

1 Cup powdered milk (buttermilk or whole milk are best)

3/4 Cup Citric Acid (can find this at most health food stores)

3 tbsp Cornstarch

2 tbsp Almond Oil

20 drops Eucalyptus essential oil (local health food stores carry)

20 drops Peppermint essential oil

10 drops Rosemary essential oil

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mixture will last 2-3 months.

Add 1/2 cup - 1 cup to the bath for a most luxurious experience.
